It would be very risk maneuver and the outcome will greatly depend on how other players react.
(In my personal experience whenever I got T1 as soviet, OKW almost always go T3) T1 is good but it encourages OKW to get shreck, puma and AT gun. Stall the game with penals + flamethrowers, it will kill a lot of them, so will drain enough MP to stall (i need to try stall with conscripts, will be MP cheaper, but any ideas how? without flamethrowers they dont have to mutch to offer when OKW infantry go up close) then BUM, 2x t70 and t34/75 on the field in a matter of second, then KV2 as a anti-blob device.
